Today, as Founder of Flexure, Travis focuses on business development, strategic visioning, and new service creation, leading Flexure’s planning and advisory teams. His role is primarily that of a trusted advisor and coach, working closely with clients to clarify their goals and guide them through critical decisions—from incentive compensation to business transitions.
