Instead of chasing the next trend, Jeff prefers to roll up his sleeves, grab a whiteboard (and strong coffee), and build systems that actually work. Drawing inspiration from W. Edwards Deming and Eli Goldratt, he helps organizations spot and fix the real constraints that quietly hold back growth, profit, and sometimes basic sanity.
