Methodically, Measurably, Maximizing Business Value
Michael earned his Electrical Engineering degree, then graduated from law school and joined a New York intellectual property firm as a patent litigator and patent prosecutor. Michael's legal practice then shifted to exclusively representing business owners in sell-side transactions as an M&A attorney. He now uses his knowledge and legal experience as the former Guinness World Record holder for the attorney admitted in the most jurisdictions to provide legal advisory services, to business owners who either want to build and grow their company or to proactively prepare their business to be sellable for its maximum future value.
Michael provides this service by conducting a proactive due diligence of each business he works with by examining 8-functional areas of a company, through the lens of a prospective buyer’s attorney to determine a company’s: (i) current intrinsic sellable value today; (ii) overall quality score; (iii) overall company specific risk score; and (iv) targeted future value 12-months, 36-months and 60-months from now. Michael then provides a customized, 3-tiered, prioritized roadmap so business owners know what to work on and in what order to achieve their goals, including proactively creating a secure data room for future due diligence requests.
