Sanginario Appointed to The MidMarket Alliance Advisory Board
CHICAGO, IL _ The Midmarket Alliance (MMA), has named Kenneth J. Sanginario, Founder of Corporate Value Metrics, of Westborough, Massachusetts, to its Advisory Board. MMA is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and is an invitation only collaborative share group comprised of experienced business investment and advisory experts from all disciplines whose goal is to connect people, ideas, and capital with the best ways to maximize value for business owners worldwide.
“Ken’s unique breadth of technical expertise, and his collaborative approach, will make him a highly valued member of The MidMarket Alliance Advisory Board, and we are delighted that he has agreed to become the educational leader of The Alliance,” said Michael Nall, Founder of The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and The MidMarket Alliance.
Research has shown that the middle market is considered one of the most important drivers of America’s economy and accounts for a third of private sector GDP and jobs.
The MMA, a sister organization to The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, was developed to provide members with premier professionals in the middle market, and offers the opportunity to share best practices, publish articles, find valuable resource tools, and make actionable connections through a cutting edge lead generation engine.
In addition, The MMA examines the relationship between transferable enterprise value and personal wealth planning; explores how the capital markets can be used to achieve business and personal objectives; and provides in-depth analysis of specific topics and issues unique to owners of small to medium-sized companies. The MMA Advisors will be the “voices” of the middle market, leading the way in best practices and thought leadership. The Alliance is being positioned as a trusted go-to resource in the middle market.
“The MidMarket Alliance is creating a paradigm shift in the way the lower middle market will be facilitated. Its unique ecosystem will result in businesses coming to market with a higher likelihood of success, and at higher valuations, than ever before. It is an absolute honor to be invited onto the MMA Advisory Board, and an even bigger honor to become its educational leader. I look forward to working with the extremely talented MMA team that has already been assembled, and to developing an educational series that will advance the MMA’s overall mission,” Sanginario said.
